Website creation: the DeftPages way
1. Choose Your Plan
First, browse our offerings and pick the plan that’s best for you. If you’re not sure, reach out! We’d be glad to help you decide which one makes the most sense for your business.
2. Sign Up
Review and agree to our Terms of Service. Next, you’ll add your credit card information and submit first month’s payment to get the ball rolling.
3. Complete Onboarding
Our onboarding process only takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Answer some questions about your business, show us a few websites you like, and upload your brand assets (logo, photos, videos, colors).
4. Site Planning
We’ll work with you to create a sitemap (high-level website plan) & wireframes (page-by-page content plan) to best represent your business and maximize your site’s Search Engine Optimization.
5. Homepage Creation
After Onboarding and before development begins, we’ll work with you to choose a look you love. We’ll create the homepage based on that look for your feedback & approval before creating the rest of the site.
6. Rest of Site Creation
As soon as you approve the homepage we’ll get to work creating the rest of your site. Once the full site is complete, we’ll send it to you for feedback & approval.
7. Launch!
Once you approve your new site we’ll handle every aspect of your new website’s launch for you, including pre-launch, launch, post-launch checklists and DNS changes.
8. Maintenance Mode
Now that your site’s launched, sit back and relax! We handle every aspect of your website including hosting, maintenance, software updates, and website security.
9. Request Updates
Take advantage of our unlimited content updates feature whenever you need changes to your site’s content. Simply submit a request through our Client Portal and we’ll get on it.

We believe in the value of our service so much that we don’t make you sign any commitments – you can leave at anytime and, if you’ve been with us for at least 12 months, you can take your site with you.
